Fortis Healthcare — Excess charges on my billing

This in reference to my hospitalization and treatment in Fortis from 4th May '24 till 21st may'24 (UHID[protected]
During my treatment I was on strict NPO till my discharge, but Rs 800 for meal was charged every day. I had sent mails to "feedback & reach us ids" but no acknowledgment so far.
It's been 6 months now . there is no revert or acknowledgment from your side. I called all the mentioned numbers on your website, but no one is answering properly.
Please let me know where to escalate or post this matter so that I can get at least answer to my query and refund
