[Resolved]  Fortis Healthcare — Extremely disappointing and appalling service

My son was admitted in Fortis Vasant Kunj since 11th Feb 12:07am and got discharged today around 3pm but we were asked to vacate the room sharp at 11:am, even knowing that the kid is only 2 years old, than came the bill and approval from the insurance company, bill amount 91724 rupees, approval amount 86362 and discount 5362(it clearly mentioned shouldn’t paid by me/don’t collect) but still I have been told my the billing team that 5362 rupees will be deducted from deposit amount which I paid as a token money 20, 000 initially, not only this, though we were asked to vacate the room at 11:am but the room rent has been charged for 14th Feb which is today, logic which was given by the billing team is since it was early morning admission that’s why the bill for that 11 hours has been adjusted and reflecting under 14th Feb, but still my son was admitted at 12:07am on 11th Feb in PICU and was moved to Single room only on 13th Feb around 2pm, so why the hell there is a charge of 2 days for single room which costs 12, 600/day, instead it should be 10, 000 as per PICU, I have been overcharged 2600 here as well, I called insurance TPA and they have clearly said that I am not liable to pay a single penny but yet I have been told I will be charged 5362 rupees out of my deposited amount, which is absolutely insame, I am getting every family member treated in OPD/IPD in fortis Vasant Kunj only for quite some time now and this is what I am getting now, worst experience, I will never come to fortis and will go on social media, also I will be filling a complaint with relevant authority, absolutely insane the way I was treated this time.
