Fortis Healthcare — Fortis Hospital Mulund - Pathetic Private Room & Staff

Recently my mom is admitted to your Mulund facility under Private room (6090/- per night charges). When I spoke to my parents, they mentioned the facility is a total crap, the rooms are not in pristine condition and your staff is not helping us out to get to a good facility and resolving small queries. For Instance, this morning, my father requested for a TV remote at least 4 times but the nurse did not bother to resolve the issue.

The reason I am angry is that we are paying a hefty amount per night which is equivalent to a per night stay at a 5 star hotel, I truly believe that my ask is justified.

I would like your intervention in doing so, I have always heard good things about fortis management and I don't want to change that perception. Appreciate your intervention into this matter immediately.

Below are the photos of the room that my mom is assigned to. Question yourself will you be keeping your parents in these kinds of facilities when you are paying enough for a good hospital?

Thank You, so much for your intervention. I really appreciate your concern and help. Omkar and Neha from Fortis, Mulund Hospital connected with me and are helping to sort out things. They will be sending me the necessary details in a while.

The whole idea of opting for a Fortis Private A/C room was to receive excellent service and treatment from Doctors and Nurses, without any hi-cups for the patient and his/her family members.

The initial experience with the hospital staff had been rough and strenuous for me and my entire family, hoping that this will improve over the time period for which my mom has been hospitalised.

Hope that your team add a process which makes sure that this does not happen with other patients and their family members, as everyone puts a lot of faith in your brand and service.

Thank you for your entire customer support team and for this excellent/prompt service resolution where one could raise their voice and get their problems addressed.
