[Resolved]  Fortis Healthcare — I want to complain regarding Dr. Rajiv Sekhri

Same day I have faced two unprofessional behaviors.
1 - I had an appointment with Dr.Rajiv Sekri (Noida) at 12:50 on July 23, 2021 but fortis executive called me & said please connect with doctor at 2:45 right now he is not available, he is driving. I mean what kind of behavior is this if in case of emergency I can understand but each time this kind of thing happens than how can anyone tolerate such a thing. You can give/take booking according to doctor's availability. Last time also same thing happened when I took the appointment. The main concern arises from here even after all this when I called back to the number to know why each time this happens that you reschedule the appointment than Dr. Sekri's assistant said you're not the only patient, we can't fight with doctor, I can't help you in a very harsh & annoying way (I have seen her multiple times, Dr. Rajiv Sekri's assistant as I am in touch with Dr. Sekri from last 2 years) she doesn't have a professional attitude.
2 - Now when I talked with Dr. Rajiv Sekri, he behaved in a very strange manner like he doesn't know anything about my case. I don't know what has been communicated to doctor regarding the above (point 1) but he was very rude & later he said don't communicate with me in future. "Tumne mujhe kharid nahi liya, ye koi shop nahi hai jaha tumne paise diye aur kaam ho gaya". What kind of behavior is this. I am contacting a doctor through Fortis not on his private clinic. His way of talking & behavior was seriously intolerable. I want you to take my case very seriously as I can't tolerate such a thing & want you to take strict action against the same & do let me know.
