Hi,

I have booked an appointment today with confirmation code as bap300pw2t in fortis noida.
I have paid the amount online which was not supposed to do because i have already paid the registration and consultation fees one day before and that consultation was valid for five days.

Kindly refund the amount paid as part of online booking.

My appointment was with anajana singh on 6th feb'19 at 12:00 pm.

Please refund.
