Fortis Healthcare — very bad services for an abdominal ct scan i did at fortis shalimar bagh

I went to do an abdominal CT scan on 19.02.2025 at Fortis Shalimar Bag. UHID 11540337. 1.Although my husband had asked the day before about any necessary requirements and appointment, they did not inform about the requirements for a KFT report b. 2 hours fasting before the test. It caused me some inconvenience. 2. The people at the scan room asked me to sign a consent form without explaining the dangers and risks, I was supposed to be infomed about. When i objected, they told me about the possibiity of certian aftereffects, conveniently forgetting diarrhoea, which could result from the injection of a contrast dye. Later in the day and the next day I had repeated loose motion. 3. After they had taken me inside the room and made me sign the form and were getting me ready, another patient turned up. Thy insisted that it was an emergency case and asked me to go out and wait before that patient could be treated. the lady who spoke to me said her name was Shilpa, supervisor, but she hid her name tag, turning it over. 4. The lady who inserted the canula was totally inefficient, caused me severe pain, but couldn't do the needful. I was sent to emergency room, where another person did the job fairly easily. However, he did not put any antiseptic swab or dressing at one place where he had inserted the needle, and it has got swollen and discolored since. The lady who tried first had attempted canula insertion the day before (18.02.2025) for my hisband's MRI. She is routinely ineffective, but apparently irreplacable. I expect better serivce since I paid Rs 11500 for the CT scan.
