I called today for booking an appointment at the flu clinic as well as testing for COVID-19 as I am running a fever . I also wanted to book the test for my husband. There is a lady receptionist at the flu clinic by the name of Indrani who was extremely rude and straightaway refused appointment for both o[censored]s on Monday and insisted for the next day. I told her that I was already told to come on Monday that is tomorrow. On hearing this she said that I can come but no appointment for my husband would be possible as there are other patients . I said he had called and requested a separate appointment. At this she threatened to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and asked us both to come the next day. I told her that I am already running a fever and I can’t wait the next day. She said then only I will get an appointment for tomorrow and I should not insist on my husband’s check up or she would cancel mine too. Her tone was extremely rude. She isn’t doing a favour to us. Why employ such staff who doesn’t have minimum decency to speak to their clients. We are not paying for the services and asking for a free treatment.
