Fortis Hospital Anandapur — wrong treatment done

My father was in catheter from last 6 months and so met with doctor named pushkar shyam chowdhury at fortis hospital anandapur and he told that he will do surgery of prostate while knowing patient has severe resistant uti and during uti surgery can't be done, so to gain money he fool us. After admission they used colistin but this medicine severely damaged kidney and creatinine goes 3.4 where before 2 days it was 1.6, when i asked for discharge they told normal discharge can't be possible and when i am ready then they make another plan and told me they will do surgery after 2 days to keep him admitted, so how they can do surgery when creatinine is too high with high infection so again they try to make us fool either to increase the bill or no matters what the consequences after surgery they will do surgery to earn money. So we forcefully discharged my father and took him to cmc vellore where they clearly told surgery can't be done, so please take a action so that it can't be repeated with other patients. They have billed 1.2 lacs in 5 days without doing any treatment and also planned to kill patient for. Money.
