Fortis Hospital Gurgaon — Related to excess billing without any information

At the time Admission there is no any information given by fortis regarding RMO Charge and Diet charge and charges is given in total bill. Who is RMO in yours hospital I do not know and not meet with us till discharge. Last time during discharge your floor manager Taimoor is saying this is yours fortis rules. Doctor is also meet with me only 1 time during this period.

Fortis Billing head and admission counclor response is unsatisfied. Both is no response proper and He/She is saying complaint raised to Court than will check
