They are a hospitality company and provide hotel accommodation. I have been behind them for the last 2 times and they just keep in circles without actually providing any service.
Date: 18 Sep 2022 - Booking for Dubai - First they said that they cant provide any options because it is 2 months in advance. After 15 mails and 100+ calls and 1 month long wait, they give me an option and ask for mandatory charges which was not agreed upon as per their legal document.
They are asking for mandatory charges for breakfast etc which is not requested.
Date: 19 July - Booking for Coorg - Denied to provide any service here.
They just dont provide the service and give some execuses each time. Would request a cancellation of the membership and refund of the money. Was this information helpful? |
