Dear team,

I have taken fortune park vacation 40000 plan and 7000 additional on every year for three years plan the validity on the card is for 2025.
But now the company website and application is not working neither [protected]@fortuneparkvacation.com is working for reservation.

I didn't use single trip and now the company site is not available....

I want to cancel my membership because I have been charged extra Annual Maintenance Charges for last year from[protected] and I didn't travel also for the same period, then why I should pay the AMC for last year.

Kindly cancel the membership and provide me with refund.

Still waiting for my confirmation voucher

I have been purchased this vacation package in September 2021 and I made two trip also 1st one was free and after they were charging 10k for 1 week.
Now I am planning to vacation, what I found company website is down and email not working their phone numbers also closed. I have lost 1.60L. They have given me for 10 years package. I have shared pic as well....

Past 8 months they are not providing any room at any place on any given dates . Only one response we get is " room on select dates are not available please be flexible with your dates". Even after changing dates and cities response is same .
Today reservation mail is getting bounced i think they ran away after closing their operations.
Please help in getting my money back

I have taken the membership for domestic and international bookings for all seasons during 2022.

During meeting i was promised by the sales executives that no matter what we will provide you with either 4 star or 5 star accomodation during anytime of the year. In my contract also it is mentioned that i am eligible for all season bookings.

Also, the exchange rates was mentioned 14K if the hotels not listed under their category.

I came to know that the company has shifted or taken over by other company called pacific holidays and no information was passed.

They are cheating by shifting the company and no information was shared.

Past 8 months they are not providing any room at any place on any given dates . Only one response we get is " room on select dates are not available please be flexible with your dates". Even after changing dates and cities response is same .

Fake commitments and fake people.

Spoiling our money as not providing us property what we want and there are so many issues.

Pls don't buy and lodge complaint against them...

We tried booking through them 2-3 times. But every time they said there are no vacancy. We tried booking in advance, they gave guarantee that we will get a room. But later said there are no vacancy. We asked them to cancel the membership, but they are not doing that too. Despite meeting the criteria for refund as given on there website.
As other comments mentioned, they are a fraud company.

At the time of purchasing the ownership, we were informed that any no. Of rooms can be booked against the total no. Of balance days left in the ownership card.

While making the same booking, they denied the same and start adding new clauses.

When i decide to cancel the ownership and claim the amount after a basic deduction, they denied cancellation as well

They always deny the bookings and when asked for refund they firstly provided the hotels. But after that they always deny that be flexible and other excuses.
I want a refund for my membership amount.

They did false commitments & looted money & scam is still on.

Fortune Park Vacation is a fraud company. I had bought the membership in late 2021 and it has been the worst financial decision of my life. They promised swanky 4-star properties with lavish rooms and suites at exotic locations and delivered ###. I have taken 2 international trips and 2 domestic trips after that but no booking was done through fortune park. Reason was that they told me there are no hotel tie ups in Switzerland, then they told me international booking is closed, for domestic travel, they gave me pathetic options and now they are saying via a revised policy that we need to raise a request 15 days prior to travel date!
A very unprofessional and fraud company which is fooling and looting people of their hard-earned money.
I am stunned that no legal action has been taken against them till now!
Please do the needful and spread this message!

I took my membership in Sep'22 and soon after 5 days of taking membership and doing a trip I realise it's a total fraud company.
I raised a request for cancellation in line to policy but it's not helping at all
I am seeking help to get my hard earned money back.
Also, now they have changed company name from Fortune park vacation to pacific holidays

These guys are super cheats please ban them to safeguard general public

I took the membership for fortune park vacation early this year. I was promised for stay in Europe (Switzerland, France, Belgium) upto maximum 21 days in a year at a stretch for which I took the membership. Now they are denying they cannot provide any stay there.
Moreover, they are asking us to pay for some exchange offer which was not mentioned in the contract.

Also, they promised to provide 5 star hotels but only I can see is star hotels which they are providing that too with very cheap rates much cheaper than what I paid to take the membership.

Hence, I would like to get my money back. I paid Rs 1, 72, 000 and haven’t used any of their service yet.

Now the company has changed the name to The Pacific holiday world. When I asked to cancel my membership, I was told as the new company policy cancellation & refund is not possible. We had sent more than 15 mails and multiple calls to their customer care, but it's of no use. Response and service from this company is highly disappointing.

We need to cancel the membership and get our refund.

Fortune park vacation is a very big fraud company. Furst they refuse to cancel the package and refund the amount. When they agree to cancel and refund. They deduct 15000 amount as administrative and 6000 for 1 booking and rest of the amount 65000 b/w 90 working days. now after 90 working days they are refunding the amount and promissing to refund mid of january.

Fortune Park vacations is a Big Scam, will invite you to five star hotel. Promise you number of attraction including giving voucher for 2 nights 3 days free stay along with Bookmyshow coupon worth 400.

We fall victim of their good talks, we asked about how to book and they presented the process in the FPV app on their own mobile device that's where we did biggest mistake. Post returning home, we tried to download their app from PlayStore and AppleStore to our surprise application was not downloading.

After 24hrs app got downloaded but not working. We got suspected did our research and found it being a scam and decided not to continue. We asked for refund which they committed during membership handover they will within 5working days. Now upon our calling they are not replying and passing the days by saying they will come back and they are not refunding our whopping 1, 71, 000 rupees for cancellation of membership.we want our full refund

Then I asked to book hotel in Sri Lanka, they refused, then I requested to book either in Sikkim or Amritsar but got same stereotype reply. After getting frustrated, I asked them to refund my money if they can't provide service, BUT again they said "We Don't Refund Money in any circumstances".

It's painful, now I have no choice but to move to consumer forum to get my money back from these cheaters.
Please stay away from Fortune Park vacation.

Fortune Park vacation - BIG SCAM - My Membership : FPV00830 Contact number: [protected]

I have purchased their Studio Package on May 2022 and I was told it is valid for 10 Years. Every year 6 nights / 7 days hotel booking including breakfast. The hotels will be of 4Star / 5Star. I have paid 1.66 Lakhs.

Couple of days back I tried to book my first holiday to Srinagar from them and they have shared an hotel which...

I have enrolled for fortune part vacation program and multiple offers were provided like flight ticket discounts and minimum 4, 5-star hotels throughout the year even in peak seasons.

I have started using services and have requested for flight tickets and hotel bookings, but they are telling that no hotels are available, and window is not open for flight ticket bookings. I have spent 1, 85, 000 INR for the membership and feeling like cheated and helpless.

Even i have requested to opt out from the membership program and help me with the refund process. They have stopped replying to my mails and the customer care executives are behaving very rudely.

Please help me out so that I can get the refund and they stop making fraud with others also

I have asked for cancellation of my membership and refund of the amount because the vacation options are not meeting our requirements. They sent mail saying cancellation is not possible.

They are a hospitality company and provide hotel accommodation. I have been behind them for the last 2 times and they just keep in circles without actually providing any service.
Date: 18 Sep 2022 - Booking for Dubai - First they said that they cant provide any options because it is 2 months in advance. After 15 mails and 100+ calls and 1 month long wait, they give me an option and ask for mandatory charges which was not agreed upon as per their legal document.
They are asking for mandatory charges for breakfast etc which is not requested.

Date: 19 July - Booking for Coorg - Denied to provide any service here.

They just dont provide the service and give some execuses each time. Would request a cancellation of the membership and refund of the money.

One incident today on 7-Oct-22 on calling at their helpline number[protected] at 5:50pm, The CCE replied we are closing office and can't answer we have family to look after call tomorrow. Such an unprofessional response has never been received by anyone I am sure from any customer care that claims of working in Hospitality Industry.

All reviews are paid and false. Most of the reviewers are fake.

Now they are denying that there is no contract between them and Maldives resort so they cannot provide any stay there. Moreover, they are asking us to pay for breakfast which they are saying is mandatory but It was not mentioned in the contract. And the breakfast amount they are charging is much higher than what I can see while booking it myself.
Also, they promised to provide 5 star hotels but only I can see is 3 star hotels which they are providing that too with very cheap rates much cheaper than what I paid to take the membership.
Hence, I would like to get my money back. I paid Rs 1, 90, 000 and haven’t used any of their service yet.

This merchant has done fraud with me. They committed the misleading commitment in terms of Holiday tenure. which they are not ready to give me in writing. When i am talking to them about the written commitment they have threaten me also. They did commit me that they will be providing 21 Days in one and half year in 4 or 5 start hotel, But when i got a call from their customer care they told me you have 5 year plan and you still have to pay 38000 Rs. if sales team has done some commitment to you then please talk to sales team. Sales Team was threatening me. Later on not picking my phone.

They used my card two times and Both the transactions showed up like failed in their system and still money was transferred to merchant.they committed and not ready to give in writing. Their customer care was saying, chargeback has done and it will be refunded to you by bank. They made all false commitment to grab customer money.

Very Mather*hod Company. 100% Fraud Company be aware.

They called me yesterday and requested attend a promotion program at jaipur. We went there and they explained all there packages and programs we didn't find their program suitable for us and we refuse to subscribe the same. They reacted in a very abusing and insulting way. You female staff told us that ( hum Aadmi Dekh Kar Baat Karte Hai ) who gave you right to invite people and harsh them in such a misbehaving way. You can not force the people to take your plan. Please educate your staff how to behave with the people and not to talk like this. Every person has their self respect and integrity. You dont have right to hurt someone's self esteem.. please note we also know how to react with such staff but considering the situation and presence of many guest there we kept quiet and left the meeting.

Help desk team, especially Priya is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t even know how to speak with customers. Horrible services.
