I had bought membership which promised 4-5 star hotel bookings and while availing the services they provide very cheap hotels and resorts, which are no where close to good properties.

Lots of struggle for us while booking followed by back to back worst experience with my stay. We had issues from the first day at property booked by them.
We have raised the revoke request post sharing the pics/videos and feedback with details with them which includes insects flying on food, cockroaches in washroom, dirty swimming pools.
This is really frustrating and they are not at all customer centric.
Firstly due to their irresponsible behaviour my family including my father(Sr. Citizen) and my daughter (8yrs) took unnecessary risks on life due to high covid cases in GOA. Post my checkin the executive from whom I purchased this membership told that booking can be cancelled if we inform prior to 48 hours of checkin. Really shocked at the moment.
Secondly, they forced us to buy mandatory breakfast in both Stays due to Covid ( false information shared with us just to earn some money) however we got nothing what we have paid for as their were no buffet available for 4 days out of 6 day stay. You all would be shocked to see available options.
Later FP shared that it is because of less guests at the property. Don’t know WHY we suffer even after paying for it??
They emailed me with highlighting in every email that booking can’t be canceled in any circumstances followed by phone call with the same info.
They are unnecessarily stretching the conversation on email and running behind us to give another chance.
My question is WHY??? After having bad experience with my family at their booked properties.
No way of trusting them again. Still struggling post conveying simply that we don’t want to continue any relationship but they are playing on emails.
Long story but short learning for All -
Please do not buy any membership from them as what they promised verbally is just opposite what they provide you later.
