This merchant has done fraud with me. They committed the misleading commitment in terms of Holiday tenure. which they are not ready to give me in writing. When i am talking to them about the written commitment they have threaten me also. They did commit me that they will be providing 21 Days in one and half year in 4 or 5 start hotel, But when i got a call from their customer care they told me you have 5 year plan and you still have to pay 38000 Rs. if sales team has done some commitment to you then please talk to sales team. Sales Team was threatening me. Later on not picking my phone.
They used my card two times and Both the transactions showed up like failed in their system and still money was transferred to merchant.they committed and not ready to give in writing. Their customer care was saying, chargeback has done and it will be refunded to you by bank. They made all false commitment to grab customer money. Was this information helpful? |
