Hello Respected Sir/Ma'am,

Unfortunately I trusted Fortune Park Vacation and fell for their false promises. I paid Rs 2, 50, 000 for membership and enrolled on 9th April 2022 by falling into the commitments/promises made by the sales executive. I'm totally dissatisfied with the booking process, customer service and sales executive for below reasons; I had my first trip and as per their refund policy rule, within 5 days of the first trip, I asked for the membership cancellation and full refund after tax but I'm only getting the denial and rejection emails from Fortune Park Vacation citing these are not meeting their criteria for refund (which was not told to me earlier!!!). This is not as per their promise and commitment made to me during the membership registration process. Need help here.

1. Sales executive promised 5 star hotels along with the 4 star hotels (TAJ etc..). But they don't have enough hotel inventory in Fortune Park Vacation (FPV) to meet this criteria!. Ex: I wanted 5 star accommodation in Goa but FPV could not give/assist
2. Too much back and forth with FPV while booking any service about the hotels. Not straightforward, clumsy and complex. I would rather book directly with the hotel and clarify all doubts and book at the same time.
3. FPV mobile app does not load the hotels and keeps browsing. Does not show options to check the hotels and book in an easy manner. Ex: wanted to book Maldives trip but no hotels are displayed in FPV application. It's a pain to keep checking and sending emails
4. Hard copy of the agreement should have been sent but not sent yet from FPV. We were assured that it will be sent in 15 days.
5. Customer Care does not understand the real concerns raised, only replies standard messages.

Please help me with my membership cancellation and refund.
