[Resolved]  Fortune Park Vacation — Regarding dissatisfaction of service

I took the membership for fortune park vacation early this year. I was promised for stay in Maldives for which I took the membership. Now they are denying that there is no contract between them and Maldives resort so they cannot provide any stay there. Moreover, they are asking us to pay for breakfast which they are saying is mandatory but It was not mentioned in the contract. And the breakfast amount they are charging is much higher than what I can see while booking it myself.
Also, they promised to provide 5 star hotels but only I can see is 3 star hotels which they are providing that too with very cheap rates much cheaper than what I paid to take the membership.
Hence, I would like to get my money back. I paid Rs 1, 90, 000 and haven’t used any of their service yet.
