[Resolved]  Fossil Group — neither repair not refund provided from fossil

I bought the fossil watch from shoppers stop on 13/01/19. The watch stopped charging and the same was submitted to the shoppers stop for repair which was supposed to be sent to fossil group in bangalore. The service number generated for the same case is svo285156.
The fossil provided me with the approval for replacement but the replacement in their terms means i'm allowed to purchase any watch under the price refunded by them (Similar of invoice) and if i chose the watch priced above that then i'm eligible to pay the difference.
I requested them to provide me with the similar model watch which i already own but in this case, they are forcing me to pay the higher price, also the production of the same is stopped by fossil so i requested the refund but they denied me with the refund. I request that either i should get the replacement of the same model without paying extra money or the complete refund since the repair is not possible in this case.
