Purchase Puma Two product and get 30% discount

Pathetic response on refund of payment on first order which is never placed.

Received a used and defective product

My order was delivered on 4th of June, I’ve raised a return request on that particular day as the order delivered to me was not up to the mark, it was used and defective. It has been 20 days since I’ve received a proper answer from the customer care people. I’ve called them 4 times in this period of time. The product has costed me 3099. It is not a small amount which I can let go. I need my refund and I even need justice for this...

Refund against cancellation of order # - 384300320

Ordered online @Shoppersstop.com on 20th January 2024. Though Shoppers stop promises delivery within 3-5 business days, it has been more than 20 days that this order has not been delivered.

I am chasing customer service to initiate a refund as they are not able to deliver the product however despite they are accepting that something has goofed up with logistics and they will initiate a refund, till date the refund is not initiated....

Refund process

ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date. This has been a second bad experience with ShoppersStop on Refund process. Earlier also, I got the refund after putting the matter on Consumer Complaints.
The item was picked up on 03/Oct and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund...

Money was deducted but order was not placed.

Hi,

On 16th June 2023, I tried to place an order for amount INR 2627.22 from Shoppers stop Android app. After making the payment, I noticed that the amount got debited from my bank account immediately (see proof attached) but I did not get an order confirmation. The item remained in my basket.

The customer care service is really really poor, even when u r connected to an executive that person won't speak up.br...

Order not confirmed but payment taken

No refund

I ordered a Kraus white straight fit jeans price Rs.1256/- having order ID[protected] and it was delivered to me on 30th August, 2022 with stains on the front left leg of the jeans. So I initiated a return request and the product was picked on 31st August, 2022 and the Delhivery courier service that it was returned successfully on 5th Sept, 2022 but the status on the website just show that return initiated and even after 10 days m still waiting...

Worst service ever

This is the second time I faced problems with Shoppers stop purchase.

Ordered items and paid money using shoppers stop wallet too and it took forever to get the refund and the wallet money, no one is even bothered to assist me with it.

Worst of the worst shopping experience...

Refund for order cancelled not credited even after 1.5 months

I had ordered a kurti on 26th of November 2020. Since it was taking more than the expected delivery time and I was moving out of station, I had cancelled the order on 2nd December. It has been 1.5 months and I haven't received my refund amount. I followed up with them on emails, online customer care but haven't received any help so far.

Bought carolina herrera 212 men nyc perfume... Which turned out to be fake!!!.. The container the on a real and genuine can of 212, the logo is a raised transparent blue plastic material that's "not printed on", the carolina herrera brand name at the bottom is embedded into the can and "not printed on", and the batch number is embedded on the side of the spray cap and "not printed on" the top of the can. haven't received the refund yet.

I placed and order of a denim cullottes on 20th december 2017. After it was delivered i wasn't satisfied with the product hence i returned it. I wanted the refund to be added to the ss wallet but after having returned it i didn't receive any notification regarding the matter and the money has not been added yet. The order id is[protected]. 2 kurtis of stop brand were not delivered and in the status it says that the items have been delivered.

Called customer care many times but they are not providing the proof of delivery, the pod which they shared with me does not have my address on it and the time they tried to deliver.

They still havent refunded me the money even after calling them 9 times on the phone....

raymond brand trouser stitch & torn problem.. alai color fade

On 20 th may, i bought a raymond trouser from latur shoppers stop. But it's stitches removed & got torn. Also it got color faded.. It happened just after 2 or 3 washes hardly.. If i spend 1799 for this trouser, then what it is worth for me.. If this happens with such a brand so how can we trust your products.. Shoppers stop online fraud

I want to purchase some product online through www.shoppersstop.com. Because of some issue the total amount approx inr 4000 i have been deducted from shoppers stop. I shared all the details with the shoppers stop team and now the company bothering me to refund my money. It has been more than 15 days, more than 7 emailed and approx 10-15 times called over phone but none positive reply.

Cancelled my order without informing me and gift card amount not refunded

I have purchased a casio analog watch for rs.3865 on discount its price is 4295rs on 11/04/2025 and done the payment using hdfc debit card . I returned the product due to size issue and quality issue on 15/04/2025, there return policy stated that 10 days return process for watches after 10 days I contacted their customercare support because there was no update, since I have raised more than 15 complains and talked with there customer care executives for more than 10 times, but they are not responding me properly not even returning the money they had said that the product failed in quality check but I have proof of correct and proper watch that I received and returned that only.

    Shopper stop has delivered old, dirty and potentially unhygienic product for my infant and upon reaching out to customer support there is a lot of to and fro mail just with the same context as if I'm talking to a bot.
    I've sent required product images over email highlighting stain marks along with product price tag expecting to receive proper support.
    Also tried calling support executive to get sufficient response but no help from them and email response is very much generic not catering to my ask where I'm seeking explanation.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my ongoing issue regarding the voucher code redemption has been handled. It has been over two weeks and approximately 19+ follow-up emails, yet the matter remains unresolved.

      1. Lack of Resolution: Despite my repeated follow-ups, the issue with redeeming the EGV voucher code is still not addressed.

      2. Email Thread Mismanagement: Every time I correspond on this matter, a new email thread is initiated, even though the same conversation has been ongoing for weeks. This not only creates confusion but also adds unnecessary delays.

      3. Repeated Requests for Information Already Shared: I have repeatedly shared screenshots of the payment page where I attempted to redeem the voucher code. Despite this, I am being asked to try the same steps again, which clearly do not work. It is frustrating to see my earlier responses and evidence being overlooked.

      4. I have got this voucher from Amex, Point Redemption, and ShopperStop EGV voucher, where both the team are unable to handle this request where I am facing invalid code redemption on my voucher. And both the team are asking me to consult other party's customer care. And neither of Amex nor of ShopperStop able to resolve this for so long time.

      I urge you to review the screenshots and details I have already provided carefully. Please resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that I am not asked to repeat steps that have already been attempted and documented.
