I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of resolution on my complaint with Case ID: CAS[protected]L1M4D3, which was initially raised on the 8th of March. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to the customer care team, making at least five calls since the complaint was lodged, there has been no progress or resolution provided...

Order id[protected] is returned and the item is picked up by 1st week of Feb. But the amount is not refunded. We have
given a call a couple of times on this. Not getting a proper response from your end....

I have order shoes which was delivered and found defective, Raise a return request which I received after 20 days and again it's defective, Is this some kind of joke happening. Now again I raised request for return but no response from shopper's stop. Can some one help me...

Waiting for exchange product since 3 weeks. Customer service is useless giving response that raised with concerned department. App doesn't give any valuable information of the product status. Order id[protected]...

Ordered online @Shoppersstop.com on 20th January 2024. Though Shoppers stop promises delivery within 3-5 business days, it has been more than 20 days that this order has not been delivered.

I am chasing customer service to initiate a refund as they are not able to deliver the product however despite they are accepting that something has goofed up with logistics and they will initiate a refund, till date the refund is not initiated....

Defective product sent. The product is not working. Invoice enclosed. Complaint and request for refund made on 25th and even after sending the documents and video, Shoppers Stop has not initiated the return and refund....

Went to Mall de Goa, Porvorim on 8th Feb 2024 at 18:12 hrs to purchase a dress. Staff were not very helpful in the store but that didn't matter till the time came to check out. Went to the cashier counter and was met by Shankar (Cashier/Employee). Billing was done and he mentioned the amount. I told him that I would pay by card and I would like to "tap" my card as I did not feel comfortable handing him my physical card. He turned irritable...

ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date.
The item was picked up on 22/Jan and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. its 6 Feb they still say 3 days more Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund does not work with them....

I had received my fossil watch today in open condition. No sealed packaging of stainless steal band and no cover ok dial and seems returned after using some time. No Plastic packing around the watch .

I have purchased two products from Shoppers stop online store and they have charged more than the MRP written behind the product. I ordered 10 tops from shopper stop online portal in 16 August 2023 in which they sent 1 yellow kibo crop top instead of 1 white kibo top. They arranged pick up for wrong delivered product. I ordered a product which was defective so I requested for exchange. When blue dart came to deliver the exchange product, they asked for OTP which I never received. So the guy did not delivered the product. Since than it is held at Andheri location.
I have emailed multiple times to customer care but all I get is automated response that we have forwarded to the team. No action has been taken yet....
