I think shopper stop should not keep the brands they cannot service. I gave a Giordano watch at andheri shopper stop for change of belt on August 28. On 5th October I got a call that the watch is ready. On going to collect the watch I realized that wrong belt has been put. On asking for a solution the staff said they it is my mistake and this is the only strap available. After minutes of discussion the solution provided is that they will put my old strap back. My one and half month wasted and no solution. Stop taking customers for a ride. I know this will change nothing but I need an answer if you...

Shoppersstop.com — mistake in account number for refund

I had placed an order of 4 items out of which 2 items i had returned. The two products were picked up separately. For the 1st product refund process was initiated and the amount was also deposited (I received the mail) but the account number to which the amount was refunded was wrong.
And for the 2nd product the product has reached back but till now refund process has not been initiated.

I have bought an item on shoppers stop web portal on 1 sep 2018. The product that i received was damaged so i returned the product but for returning the product i have to call several times to the customer care for generating the return request. The item pick up was arranged from the company on 10 sep 2018. They told me that refund will be given in 7 to 15 days maximum. I got sms that "we have received the item in our warehouse and after post quality checks, refund will be initiated initiated and will reflect in 2-3 days into your bank account" on 18 sep 2018. Dear sir, i am raja mahendra babu pindi. I was working in shoppers stop vijayawada location andhra pradesh from 1st jan 2015. I was resigned my job in june of 2018. Actually i want to claim my provident fund amount now but my name was wrongly entered by hr on my joining time later it was corrected in company addrelin but it is impossible to change my name in pf blog. Shoppersstop.com — initiated return but not pick up since last 15 days.

Initiated Return for the Louis Philippe Shoes I purchase from Shoppersstop App online. But its been more than 15 days now still no pickup has been done.
The reason for return is the shoes sole which is shown is app is not same with the one I received. Second, there is slight difference in color of left and right leg. The Box when received is in damage condition. Third, No Louis Philippe tag.

I made a purchase of perfume as a gift. Before wrapping it as a gift (From the store itself) i asked if it will be eligible for return if the price is cut. One of the staff member told me that it’s fine.

Now when i came to return it they are not taking it and the reason given by them is that the price is cut by the marker. The perfume is quite expensive and why will i’ve to bear a loss when it’s a mistake from the side of their staff. I demand it to be returned and a credit note against it....

Ordered cloths on shoppers stop portal. Got wrong size. Returned. It is more than a month. They are not refunding the amount. Reached customer care multiple times. They are no better than an automated voice machines. Issue is not resolved. Refund money goes to shopper stop wallet after multiple calls. They are not refunding the money from the wallet to bank.
I think rbi should stop these wallets and indian govt. Should control the online e-commerce transactions.
My money is stuck with shopperstop and they are not refunding....

I have bought an item on shoppersstop web portal on 6 aug 2018. For some reason i had to return the item so pick up was arranged from the company on 9 aug 2018. I got sms that we have received the item in our warehouse and after post quality checks, refund will be initiated finally on 29 aug 2018 i received the sms that refund has been initiated and will reflect in 2-3 days into your bank account. Today is 10 sep 2018 and after repeated calls and emails i haven't received any refund. My refund is for 2799/-.

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I can call this...

I raised an order[protected] on 5th aug '18 containing 3 kurtas, the yellow kurta reached me on 11th aug '18 & i raised a return & refund request on 15th aug '18. The pick up of the item was complete on 17th aug'18; till date ie 3rd sept'18 shopperstop is giving me same reason that give us some time to refund your money, it is enough now!

Had ordered a round neck black women's blazer online - using guest login. The size was not proper so requested for a exchange the agent said as it is guest login i cannot exchange and will have to return it. Placed return request, nobody came to pick, i requested again and the pick up was arranged. The courier person came on wednesday, august 21, 2018 when my elder mother was at home alone. I had bought talking batman toy through ss online purchase but sadly, the product delivered was some aquaman.

I had initiated a return request with refund in my ss wallet. The product was collected and i was handed the pick up receipt on 4th of august. The product has reached the warehouse and passed quality check is what i was told. It has been so many days now no refund has been made till now.

I have been calling the customer support team and they have been giving me false assurances that they will get back to me within 24 hours. I have been following up everyday...

I bought one pair franco formal shoe from shoppersstop garuda mall in bangalore. My intent of buy was to use the new shoe when i am at customer place in london.

Here is what happened, on the very first day of shoe it got torn into pieces.

I also bought an american tourister luggage bag from same shoppersstop, i don't know what is going to happen with that product too.

True examples of cheating customers, please be aware and sensible to stay away

I have purchased formal shoe of louis philippe from shoppers stop store last month, after using it 2 to 3 weeks only it got damaged from lower sides. I am very unsatisfied with this product because i trust on lp brand but it was just opposite.

I need my money back or i need new shoe asap.

I purchased stuff from shoppers stop store and as per their policy they refund parking amount.in bill the amount of parking is written and it is written that refund is given but while checking the total i have seen that they have not reduced the amount.in this way they are making the customers fool. Shoppers stop is harassing me just like anything.
I had placed order through their online app on different dates against different order nos. They do not have any quality system to check the size, they miss the delivery deadlines and when you will try to return the goods and ask the refund - their app is unable to take the details of bank. It is 14 days now that they have done the reverse pick of the return goods but did not yet refund my money, though it should not take more than 8 days time

They are saying goods did not yet receive in their warehouse in last...
