Shopper stop has delivered old, dirty and potentially unhygienic product for my infant and upon reaching out to customer support there is a lot of to and fro mail just with the same context as if I'm talking to a bot.
I've sent required product images over email highlighting stain marks along with product price tag expecting to receive proper support.
Also tried calling support executive to get sufficient response...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my ongoing issue regarding the voucher code redemption has been handled. It has been over two weeks and approximately 19+ follow-up emails, yet the matter remains unresolved.

1. Lack of Resolution: Despite my repeated follow-ups, the issue with redeeming the EGV voucher code is still not addressed.

2. Email Thread Mismanagement: Every time I correspond on this matter, a new email thread is initiated, even though the same conversation has been ongoing for weeks. This not only creates confusion but also adds unnecessary delays.

3. Repeated Requests for Information Already Shared: I have repeatedly shared screenshots of the payment page where I attempted to redeem the voucher code. Despite this, I am being asked to try the same steps again, which clearly do not work. It is frustrating to see my earlier responses and evidence being overlooked.

4. I have got this voucher from Amex, Point Redemption, and ShopperStop EGV voucher, where both the team are unable to handle this request where I am facing invalid code redemption on my voucher. And both the team are asking me to consult other party's customer care. And neither of Amex nor of ShopperStop able to resolve this for so long time.

I urge you to review the screenshots and details I have already provided carefully. Please resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that I am not asked to repeat steps that have already been attempted and documented.

      I have issues with 2 Orders :

      [protected] One product "AND Abstract Square Neck Modal Women's Calf Length Dress"was not delivered.
      [protected] Received 4 wrong products (didnt receive 4 products I have ordered but received wrong ones), also not happy with the quality of the products. When called customer care, customer care diverted to store when reached store they didnt help me.

      This is harassment to a loyal customer who has been buying since years. Please check my buying history. I will reach out to consumer court for providing me misleading information and harassing me.

        On 26th July, I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger handbag and an ESPRIT watch from Shoppers Stop's e-commerce platform. However, upon receiving the products, I discovered that they were fake, low-quality replicas, clearly not as advertised.

        Immediately, on the same day, I raised a return request, and the items were picked up the very next day by Shoppers Stop’s pickup agent, who did not report any issues with the returned products.

        Despite following all return protocols, Shoppers Stop failed to communicate or process my refund for 30 days. When I contacted their customer service, they initially claimed that the returned products had not yet reached their warehouse and asked me to wait for 48 hours. After waiting and contacting them again several days later, I was told that the products had "failed the quality check, " and thus, they denied my refund.

        Adding to my frustration, the customer care number provided on their platform is non-functional, and their grievance redressal email address is bouncing back. Their customer care team has been entirely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process.

        This situation has caused me considerable stress and frustration, as Shoppers Stop's customer service has been both unresponsive and misleading. The fact that their pickup agent accepted the returned items without complaint confirms that the products were returned in the same condition as they were delivered to me. Furthermore, it is clear that the items delivered were fake and not what was advertised on their platform.

        I have all necessary evidence to support my claim, including order details, communication records, and photographs of the counterfeit products. I am seeking legal redress for the fraudulent practices and the mental harassment I have endured due to Shoppers Stop’s actions.

          I am writing to express my extreme disgust and frustration with the experience I've had with your company. Despite being a customer in good standing, I've been subjected to a series o[censored]nacceptable events that have caused me significant distress.

          For no fault of mine, your logistics partner has cancelled the pickup of my items TWICE. I've been following up daily since July 30th and yet there has been no escalation or action taken to resolve this issue. It's been almost 20 days since my product has been lying at home and I'm still waiting for a resolution.

          To add insult to injury, I've been bombarded with numerous emails requesting verification and information, which I've provided promptly. This is information already available with you yet to keeping harassing the customer. This harassment has only added to my frustration and mental anguish.

          I demand the following:

          1. A total refund for both items
          2. An additional amount for the mental torture and distress caused by your company's ineptitude

          I expect a prompt response and resolution within the next 48 hours.

            I had ordered a Sari on 11th Jun 2024. The order wasn't dispatched for longer than the 3-5 days mentioned on the app. I complained to [protected]@shoppersstop.com. They incorrectly closed the ticket telling it is deliverd on 14th June. I complained again and they changed status of order to dispatched from backend on 20th June and without a tracking id.
            When I called customer care again, they gave an incorrect tracking id of an order delivered previously. Since then [protected]@shoppersstop and the grievance redressal email ids are not responding. On calling customer care they ask for 48 hrs time and never respond on emails. They don't want to share escalation email id. And now claim I can cancel the order only on receiving it and then get a refund!!! And they have failed to deliver the order. When I asked for a valid tracking id they said they canceled it and i will receive a refund, but that also they didn't email.

              Received a used and defective product

              My order was delivered on 4th of June, I’ve raised a return request on that particular day as the order delivered to me was not up to the mark, it was used and defective. It has been 20 days since I’ve received a proper answer from the customer care people. I’ve called them 4 times in this period of time. The product has costed me 3099. It is not a small amount which I can let go. I need my refund and I even need justice for this...

              This is a very bad first experience with shopperstop. Firstly they are charging a very high delivery fee of Rs 150 which is non-refundable. Second, I ordered for a midi dress and got a plain capri set instead, a completely different item, for which there is no exchange or return option on the website. Very bad shopperstop service. I want my money back, I spent 700/- on the dress plus 150/- delivery fee. Or atleast they can exchange with the right item. I wrote an email to their customer care today, for which I have not yet received any response even. I tried calling their customer service number, but the call disconnected as soon as a I selected the option to talk to their representative.

                I had a refund credited to Shoppers Stop Wallet (ref Order id :[protected] in May 2022.
                Now it is lapsed and reset to 'Zero' as it wasnt utilized in time. I was living out of India however during my India visits, I have shopped several times from Shoppers Stop outlets each time they had technical issues and they were not able use the amount from wallet and I ended up paying in different modes.
                Now they are claiming the amount cannot be reversed. And the customer service representative on the helpline was very arrogant. It is unfair to fight for my own money. And the superficial behaviour to these brands should be condemned.

                          Refund against cancellation of order # - 384300320

                          Ordered online @Shoppersstop.com on 20th January 2024. Though Shoppers stop promises delivery within 3-5 business days, it has been more than 20 days that this order has not been delivered.

                          I am chasing customer service to initiate a refund as they are not able to deliver the product however despite they are accepting that something has goofed up with logistics and they will initiate a refund, till date the refund is not initiated....

                          Defective product sent. The product is not working. Invoice enclosed. Complaint and request for refund made on 25th and even after sending the documents and video, Shoppers Stop has not initiated the return and refund.

                            Went to Mall de Goa, Porvorim on 8th Feb 2024 at 18:12 hrs to purchase a dress. Staff were not very helpful in the store but that didn't matter till the time came to check out. Went to the cashier counter and was met by Shankar (Cashier/Employee). Billing was done and he mentioned the amount. I told him that I would pay by card and I would like to "tap" my card as I did not feel comfortable handing him my physical card. He turned irritable by my request and hesitantly shoved the machine into my face for me to tap it. When I tapped, it did not work. Keep in mind, I had just used it twice before elsewhere and it worked perfectly fine. In my personal experience of handling these machines, the option to turn off the tap feature is available and can be deactivated very easily. He then took my card forcibly, swiped it himself and with anger, ripped the receipt off the machine. He also aggressively tore off the clothing bill and shoved everything into a bag and placed it on the counter. I expected him to hand it to me.
                            This man does not deserve to be working at an outlet like Shoppers Stop. You request us to be decent and polite when lodging a complaint. Maybe you should teach the same values and culture to your employees. Also train them, on how to deal and welcome customers who walk into your store and are paying customers. I did find it to be a bit racist because the staff attitude to some foreigners in the shop was very different as compared to the Indians.
                            Please note that I am NOT interested in freebies, discounts, refunds or apologies. I work abroad and all I expect is a bit of respect and courtesy. If I want to "tap" my card, I have every right to do so as per the law of this country. I do not have to do what your cashiers want me to do.

                              ShoppersStop does not process refund but keep on extending the date.
                              The item was picked up on 22/Jan and it was assured that refund will be processed in 3 days. After 3 more follow ups, these buggers are only asking for 3 more days every time. its 6 Feb they still say 3 days more Refrain from Online shopping, as return/refund does not work with them.
