I placed an order for loreal Paris hyaluronic acid serum on foxy app about a week ago and before it was shipped i changed my mind and cancelled the order i was told i would have my refund as soon as possible and after days they've sent an email which is so impossible to understand and after checking my bank account i was unable to find any refund amount.
