I placed an order for loreal Paris hyaluronic acid serum on foxy app about a week ago and before it was shipped i changed my mind and cancelled the order i was told i would have my refund as soon as possible and after days they've sent an email which is so impossible to understand and after checking my bank account i was unable to find any refund amount....

I have ordered pilgrim redensyl & Anagain advance hair growth serum in buy two get two offers.I have paid for the two serums so I'm supposed to receive 4 serums in total ...but they sent me only two serums and now foxy is not responding neither in call nor in text ... I'm going to give them poor ratings...such a scammer...

This is my worst experience I've ever had. I ordered my product on 15th feb 2023 but due to some reasons I cancelled it on the same day by sending a request for call back.. They informed me that they've cancelled the order but i kept on receiving notification regarding delivery status.. I called them back to ensure that my order have cancelled.. They assured me that they've cancelled my order not to worry and they also said that they'll refund...

I had places an order with them and the delivery was to be made to me. The delivery even reached me but apparently it can't be delivered because my ohone number enetered bu foxy was wrong. I can't even contact foxy to get a reply regarding the same issue....

They entered my phone number wrong and now the delivery facility can't deliver it unless Fozy changes my number. But they have no mechanism for customer care and tney don't reply on the whatsapp number given....

On 29/07/2022 the delivery attempt was made which because of some circumstance i had to cancel. The product reached the warehouse and the refund was initiated on 30th july, 2022. The customer care executive told me that full refund would be transferred back to my source account but i have not received even a penny from them. They keep on delaying it but no refund. They have callback option from customer care but noone calls.

Keeping on postponing my return request from 1 month

I raised a complaint that i have received the a razor which has some little hairs on the razors and that i wanted to return it on 17th April 2022 which was on the same day i received it.i have asked via WhatsApp multiple times but got same answer to wait as it was sent directly from other warehouse. They are Keeping on telling me the same thing to wait and have escalated the issue but there is no update no progress at all its nearly 1 month....

It has been texting 22days since the delivery guy took my parcel because it was damaged. Yesterday it shower that the parcel is out for delivery, when i checked today its the same as "Delivery couldn't be attempted" and the estimated return date keeps changing everyday due to which my refund is delayed. It would be glad if you look into this issue and see that the product is returned...
