[Resolved]  Fpl Technologies One Card — Charge penalty even after making complete payment

I am using credit card of Onecard IDFC from more than year. I am geting worse than worse service from Onecard IDFC.
My last outstanding was 29, 995.81/- generated bill on 1st august.
and due date was 18/8/2022.
I have already done repayment at date 18 august of 30, 000/- but still showing due payment and charged 1200 rp of penalty. This happend 3rd time with me. I am already using other bank creditcard but never happend in any other creditcard in last 7 year. but Onecard doing fraud with me 3rd time. and there is not proper support of customer care. they never want to reverse/refund penlty if mistake from their company side. Onecard charge me fake penalty every time. i am tired of onecard service. now if they will not refund my fake penlty then i will not make any repayment and stop using this creditcard. i dont care about my civilscore i have all proper proof and i will go to court.
