There is a fraudulent transaction on my OnCard Credit card, because of that I requested them to block my card in a call with customer care, they have blocked my old card and assigned a new virtual card on 25th March but I'm unable to activate it. While trying to activate I'm getting an error "Service Unavailable" regarding this I have made multiple calls to customer care and every time they said the same, we will get back to you in 24Hrs but I never received any callback. My card repayment date is on April 18th, as I don't have a card I'm unable to make a payment. now they charged me a penalty and interest of around 10K and because of this, my Cibil score was also affected. Now they are calling me and harassing me to pay to an account number but I don't trust them, because I'm not sure when they are going to activate the card. I told them multiple times that I'll pay immediately once after my card git Activated.
Kindly help me to get rid of repayment harassment calls, Card Activation, and Penalty and interest wave off and Cibil Correction
