There is a fraudulent transaction on my OnCard Credit card, because of that I requested them to block my card in a call with customer care, they have blocked my old card and assigned a new virtual card on 25th March but I'm unable to activate it. While trying to activate I'm getting an error "Service Unavailable" regarding this I have made multiple calls to customer care and every time they said the same, we will get back to you in 24Hrs...
