I have paid rs.3067 on 19AUG23 at 11.28AM for an international courier to Malaysia, i took the contact number of franch courier from the website & contacted-Mr.Jayagokul (agent), in the previous day conversation i said am not able to pack the things, so is it possible to get it packed there, he said yer, then only i decided to handover it (god's framed photo, 1 saree, kumkum & thirneer, sand) totally 2kgs, he said, may be they reject kumkum & thiruneer in the checking, i agreed for that & he said am going for parcel delivery, so be patience & will send the receipt by evening thr wts up & parcel will reach in4-7days, i trusted him & left the place. its been 22days, but till date he didnt send me the receipt & parcel didint reach, i have screenshot for amount paid to his account & wts up conversation. in between he attended the call & said am not well, will check & update u, then blocked my number... pls help me by resolving this issue Was this information helpful? |
