Franch Express Courier Complaints & Reviews

My parcel from Theni has not reached me at Pondicherry and when I checked the tracking it says it is delivered. I have not received it. When I call up the local branch office, they simply said it is delivered and signed and received by someone else. I strongly condemn this as the person who deliveres must take care to give it to the right address.

They put the parcel ([protected]) on 6.2.24 Tuesday . 6 days finished 11.2.24.but didn't respond the call . Today we check the online, Thay told parcel has been delivered. How is it possible. On October 30th 2023, they have couriered through French Express courier, Chennai. Consignment no:- [protected], But they have not shown a single try for delivering the item, I did not receive any call from them. But several times I made call to the French express courier suppport team. But they didn't listen and not resolved anything....

The courier was sent on 9th March 2023. Still it has not delivered. Today date is April 5th 2023. Origin place of this courier service is coimbatore. And it was supposed to delivered to Karnataka. But it is not yet provided. If this not delivered means it should be send back to the origin place right since it has nearly crossing 30 days. I have tracked this courier and it is showing that it has send back to sowripalayam with contact number...

Hi Team

The parcel with consignment number [protected] has been lying at Madivala, Bangalore since last 4 days and is not being delivered.
The branch office has stopped responding to calls, and other contacts are asking to connect to branch, a vicious circle. The parcel ahs some urgent stuffs....

They don't know deliver at all.They don't even bother to follow it up.I received a call from[protected] where the lady staff is so rude. The lady staff lied to me that they never door deliver medicines and threatened me to return the parcel.Very non-professional. Very very disappointing....

Yesterday i was enquired from your kovai office asking me howmuch distance i am staying away from karur as they wanted to deliver a letter. As my home is 20 km away from karur and as i am going daily to karur i told them, "for deliver a letter they need not to come this much distance", i will go to karur office in person and receive the letter. They too gladly nod for the same.

But courier holded in krishnagiri hub for 1 week and sent back. I tracked & i called them continuesly they taken my traking no they is no response.

Now i try to track in chennai i calling to rto to receive my courier ([protected] & [protected]) both numbers continuesly ringing fromy19/01/19 but no one is picking the call.....

My consignment number:[protected]

I have sent my parcel last Friday to my native in pudukkottai. I sent medicine to my parent but it's been three days still not yet delivered.now my parcel in Amman agencies illupur.my parcel supposed to delivered on Saturday but still not yet delivered the agency person called to my father and ask him to come and pick up the parcel.the agency is 6km from my home.They must be deliver to my home because franch courier service is available to my village.I complaint about this to franch head office and local branch but still nothing is works.very worst courier service I have ever seen in my life.

Updated by Balachandar Selvam Saturday I told them I sent medicine to my parents so delivery my parcel at least on monday. The amman agency person told me definitely will deliver but today he called to my father and ask him to come and pick up the parcel. They can't travel that's why I used to sent the medicine through courier but this franch courier is very worst. I don't know whether they are having my parcel or not. That medicine cost 7500 ruppees.

I send some food products like baby Cerelac powder, ghee, hair wash powder, idly powder around 3.5 kg. Franch express courier charged me Rs 240 for this parcel. Madurai to Bangalore courier.

I reported to Delivery person about rat bite outside of my parcel. He replied so rude like parcel packed so badly that's why and he didn't listen what am trying to say.
