A parcel has been sent to me on 29th from chennai to tuticorin. Its around two weeks its still not delivered. When I contact their customer service, everyday they are telling new stories. One day they are saying that parcel is not sent its in chennai, another day they are saying they couldn't trace the parcel. Very worst customer service. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Franch Express Courier customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 14, 2021 Updated by goldenprabhu Even today 14/08/2021, I called their courrier service they are saying they don't know where the package is and they are tracking. They have given one person (Mr. Murthy) mobile number but he is not picking the call... From their office only its been sent but they don't know where it is? Weird. They parcel is worth Rs. 3500.. I'm getting frustrated... Never recommend franch express courrier. Aug 18, 2021 Updated by goldenprabhu Today is August 18, 2021 still they couldn't find my parcel and they are not responding at all. How to escalate this issue?
