Franch Express Courier — Delay in delivery track id: [protected] | |||
I was supposed to receive the courier no: [protected] on[protected] by 11 am, as confirmed at the time of booking, as the item was reqd for a function that day. However the item was delivered only on[protected] evening. When I asked the delivery person, he said he got the item to his delivery point only on[protected]. Online tracking also indicated that the item was booked to Guindy Chennai on[protected]. The delay on yourside has caused hardship to me as it was not delivered as promised.
