Consignment number : [protected] date of courier :[protected], i did not received my parcel i have checked tracking no update in status. I have tried customer no[protected] may time no response they simply said wait. They also don't know the status of my parcel details. I have call chennai, salem, mettur courier office no one know about parcel details. Past 2 days i have traced but no improvement please help.

Hi Team,
Its already more than 15 days i havent still received my parcel yet which was shipped from bihar.worst experience and im facing this for the second time.It shows chennai from past 10 days and intransit my location is banaglore
Consignment no. [protected]
This is the worst service.
Hardly anybody response in time.
