Placed an order on 18th july 2020 eith the service. Paid 120rs for express air delivery. Parcel is still stuck in their chennai hub from 20th july. They never reply to emails and nobody cares about customer complaints. Pathetic service. Made a hige mistake choosing their service for my shipment. Please do not choose them.
