I have booked the parcel in franch express courier udumalpet branch on 10th dec 2017 to bangalore Still now the parcel is not reached, please see the following issues 1. Online tracking not working till they deliver the product 2. Customer care is worst service, they wont pick the phone even they pick wont speak just cut the call 3. Online complaint not working 4.
