Such a non sense service. Consignment number: [protected]. Have sent a courier on 4th of december 2018 from one of the agency's in thiruvanmiyur, chennai to odhisa. It's been 8 days and it's still in-transit status when we track online. I tried calling the customer care number of local hub which is [protected] given on the receipt, but that number where not reachable.
I would have tried almost 50 times, but 95% call disconnected without even a ring. Couple of the times it was ringing, but no answer. Now when i tried today again it says number not in service. This is really annoying. I tried sending email to [protected]@franchexpress.com which was in the website, but delivery failed saying 'no such user'. I will not leave this.
