[Resolved]  Frank Ross — Food item exchange issue

Dear Sir/Mam,
I was purchased Protinex wrongly on 1st October 2021 From Frank Ross 84 Kalikapur Road Kolkata 700099, actual requirement was Mama Protinex. Visited to 3rd Oct to refund the item and exchange with Mama Protinex which is not stuck at their store also asked me they can't refund the item, as per them food items not refundable at their store.

Please let me know, is the product refundable or not.
