Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund — Refund of extra amount transferred

On Aug 1st I purchased Franklin India Taxshield - Direct - Growth Fund worth 135000 Rs. And I have entered my HDFC bank account details while purchasing the mututal fund. And if purchase amount is more than 100000 Rs we have to send via NEFT. (account details where provided by in mail by them after purchase). But in HDFC bank, there are restrictions in transferrign amount to newly added beneficiary. So I have to do two neft transactions. I transferred amount 50000 on Aug 3rd and instead of trasferring 85000 Rs, by mistake, I transferred 100000 Rs via neft to the beneficiary account they mentioned on Aug 5th. So I raised request on Aug 5th and even called to customer executive. They asked me to send the proof of amount credited. Hence I sent screenshots of messages I recieved from HDFC bank and the pdf of bank statement too. After that no response. Whenever I call the customer care, they say I will get callback regarding the issue, and then back to square one. No response. Please help me in getting back my 15000 Rs.
