Unable to terminate Mutual Fund

Despite various mails and calls, unable to stop Mutual fund SIP and regular deductions are ongoing from my Salary account.
This is going on since January 2023.
They do not allow termination or stoppage of the SIP from the webiste.
They have a button but it is not working .
Have raised the matter to their team, they have acknowledged and send to their back end team but still my money is being deducted.

Non Payment of Dividend

Franklin Templeton declared IDCW for PRIMA FUND in June 2021. They claim that they have transferred the dividend amount to my bank account but nothing has been transferred. I have sent complaints to their email address but they donot respond. Here are the details:

Amount not received after units sold

I have sold all my units from a folio and was supposed to get the amount in bank in 3 working days, but its been more than 10 days, and i have not received amount yet. i tried to contact customer support via call and email, but did not receive any proper response all they are saying is to wait. when i asked for the reason delay they are saying that they dont know.

not accepting delivery instruction slip (demat account)

Today 31 july 2017, On filling my SIP application for my daughter, for a one year SIP, to her DEMAT account, the office at Dalamal chambers Nariman Point Mumbai 400021, refused to accept the cancelled Delivery instruction slip in original which I attached.
I mentioned that Reliance MF accepts this and HDFC MF does not even ask for and demat documents except what is written in the application.
they kept insisting on the DEMAT...

I had opened a debt fund with foliono:21039506 in franklin india on 10th oct with amount of 5 lakh rupees. Due to some transaction limit i had just sent 2lakh ruppes on that day. Redemption of Funds

Refund of extra amount transferred

On Aug 1st I purchased Franklin India Taxshield - Direct - Growth Fund worth 135000 Rs. And I have entered my HDFC bank account details while purchasing the mututal fund. And if purchase amount is more than 100000 Rs we have to send via NEFT. (account details where provided by in mail by them after purchase). But in HDFC bank, there are restrictions in transferrign amount to newly added beneficiary. So I have to do two neft transactions....

Unacceptable processes and service

I redeemed RS 6, 00, 000 on 11 April from Ultra Short Bond Fund - Direct Ac#[protected] but not credited to my bank. When I called on 16, I was told that they used Maheswari instead of my name and it was rejected by the bank. They told me that the error was already noticed and remedial action would be taken on 18th.
Issuing transfer instructions with wrong name is totally unacceptable. The rejection would have been known on 12....
