My pan no. CRTPK4722P has been used as guarantor without my knowledge. I dont know that person who have used my pan. My cibil score got very bad due to not paying emi by your customer. So please resolve my issue as soon as possible other wise i will gor for legel action against your company. How could you use anybodies PAN Card without their permission or signature. You are a fraud. I will definitely go for legel action if my issue is not resolved. I am folloing up for last one year for this issue. This fellow Deepak Bajrang Pawar contacted me yesterday, April 28, 2023 using mbl nos. [protected] and [protected]. He used an accomplice to call me through mbl no [protected]. He also sent to me his aadhaar card, army card, pan card. He said he liked my property and said he will pay a token money and he wanted me to click a google pay link, which I declined. He got his accomplice to act as army accountant and request me to click the google pay link. When i refused, he immediately deleted all the photos of aadhaar card, pan card, army card. Wonder why the authorities are not able to locate him and take him to task.
