These are the stolen IDs they come up with Deepak Pawar Bajarang, Akshay Kumar chennamaneni, Suresh Sriram with stolen IDs, they are targetting majicbrics, 99 acres all real estate apps, pretending as potential buyers/rent make you hurry to transfer through paytm Or google. They will try to cheat you, without looking at property, they want to pay. Saying shifting on nearest date from other city.

Don't get trapped, and please be aware of these fraudsters. I'm also viticm, luckily didn't loose money after fishing out. But lost IDs to these fraudsters. Please be aware and safe.

We had been victim of 1.25 lacs fraud while trying to rent out flat. Person name Deepak pamar Bajrang had called us and showed interest in the property mentioning he would like to shift from 1 Feb and shared all govt id proofs and somehow fooled, convinced us to transfer money.Later when checked on Google similar complaints were reported and exactly similar complaint with same person reported on 15 nov'22 with FIR logged but It is so shameful that besides similar frauds being reported earlier there is no action against this person.
It is request to take strict action asap against this fraudulent chain to avoid more people to become victims of such fraud because these people have got so high convincing skills and they force common innocent people to transfer money and in lieu of recovering what they have lost they tend to loose more

Deepak Pawar Bajrang

Their IDs are stolen and are used for Fraud.

My pan no. CRTPK4722P has been used as guarantor without my knowledge. I dont know that person who have used my pan. My cibil score got very bad due to not paying emi by your customer. So please resolve my issue as soon as possible other wise i will gor for legel action against your company.

How could you use anybodies PAN Card without their permission or signature. You are a fraud. I will definitely go for legel action if my issue is not resolved.
