Fraudulent Charges — Vas Balance deduction

Sir this is bijali pramanick my Reliance number is [protected] relance has deducted my 6/-Rs Balance for a vas serivce without my conformation on 16/10/2016 i called them many time someone said to hold on then they disconnect someone saying i have activated the service by me self they said they cant refund my balance.I dont use that number much and that day that number was out of my phone when i put the sim on 18/10/2016 i dont see any more balance in it .Please help me to get my balance back in my account.
