Freakins — No Response to Repeated Request for Grievance Redressal

I have been trying to call their customer care number, which just keeps ringing and no one picks up. I have been kept on hold for several hours. I have dm-ed them on Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and emailed them as well. Have not received a response. This is about my order no. 759821_E which is an exchange order. The item I have received is small around the waist despite it being a size 38 which is the size I wear from Freakins brand. I have all my past orders as well as a recent order for a pair of black jeans which was a size 38 and fit fine, as proof.

I need a replacement in a bigger size as there are sizes available for this product (Khaki Tie-Up Women’s Straight Jeans). I request someone to please help
me with this at the earliest as I require this urgently.

I have always trusted Freakins with their size and quality. So I urge them to please not let me be disappointed as I have been a loyal customer.
