I have been trying to call their customer care number, which just keeps ringing and no one picks up. I have been kept on hold for several hours. I have dm-ed them on Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and emailed them as well. Have not received a response. This is about my order no. 759821_E which is an exchange order. I have ordered on 4thsep order no 248712. it reached on 10th i spoke to executives and said i am out of town. They cancelled and returned to seller it reqahed back to seller on 15th still they are n9t refunding mu money. They are jot reachable on phn [protected] or on email [protected]@freakins.com or [protected]@freakins.com

Please help me.get my money back...

Hi team i ordered on 4th sep and prepaid order 2198rs and they tried delivery on 9th or 10th i was not in town and product was cancelled on 10th sep and returned back to seller in Ahmedabad it reached on 15th sep. Since then i am trying to connect with Freakins team for my refund of money. There contact no mentioned [protected] this no is not at all reachable. No one response. I generated n no. Of tickets on their website also wrote email and asking for refund update. They guys are irresponsible and unresponsive.

Please help me take down such websites and get my refund from them 🙏

I ordered a product worth of 1599rs from a clothing brand freakins.com and I opted for COD paying extra 100 rs. Which was okay. Now I did not like the product and requested for a return and they are saying return is not applicable for COD orders which does not make sense to me. Instead they gave a coupon which did not work. Their filtering over the clothes catalog does not work at all to again order a different product...
