Freekamal — cheating online on www.freekamal.co.in with divya bhaskar app

We have ordered real me 5 pro from freekamal.co.in

Product name: real me 5 pro
For rs. 3049/- and received handset having value not more than rs.400/-.
We received message from them
"your order number [protected] has been booked with freekamal, for a total amount of rs.3, 049. Do check your mail for additional details."
I have read about this advertisement in leading newspaper (Divya bhaskar) before few days back. Than i have ordered for a mobile phone which cost was approx rs. 3049 including delivery charges. When i received this product on[protected], it was a nightmare for me. I found a keypad phone in that box which cost is not more than rs.400. If anybody can help me to refund my money back
