My ID Was Banned When I Was Playing The Game, I Haven't Done Anything Wrong And I Am Sure That I Have Followed Your Rules Of Conduct, And I Don't know why my Account Has Been Banned And I Am Sure That By Mistake You Have Banned My Account For No Valid Reason, This is my Humble Request to Garena Team To Unban My Account.

As I have ordered a mobile phone and a powerbank and a memory Card from your site.but till this date no items has been sent.nor any refund.claimed so many times.but not soloved my problem.order no:[protected], DTD;[protected], and paid Rs:4348.00 online payment. so I again request for refund me as urgent basis.

Request sir, my free fire id was hacked by one person but he did give to me . I ask him to give me my account but he blocked me . Please recover and give my Free fire id . Please

As I have bought a refresher mobile phone and a power bank and a memory card from your site DTD:[protected] paid Rs:4348.00 online payment.vide order no:[protected].and you have given me AWB no:EF[protected]N, but that was fake no. given.can not confirm .so I request you for a refund as you are un able to send items.please solove my problem.

It is totally frauding I did order realme 5 pro and paid 3049 rupees on 22.08.2020 company sent me speed post no awb EF[protected]IN but till now it is not delivered. Also freekamal blocked my ip address so that i could not able to log in his website.

Please refeund my amount or send mobile phone agaist order updated [protected].

In this regard II had written a compliant mail on 03 Feb 2020 for not receiving Realme 5 ( Refurbished) mobile phone in shipment received, but only response received from you as quoted below :-

I saw edvertise in dainik jagran news paper and google site, i orderded this mobile phone but amount is deduced my account product was not dileverd pls re fund my ammont urgently.

I Saw the advertisement in dainik jagran & Aaj tak post in google feed on the offer.
after checking this offer & website have placed an order of the mobile phone Realme 5 pro & offer price was of around 3049Rs.

After placing an order on 28.05.2020. I didn't received the product.
tried calling on their customer care. the contact no is continuously switched off since then.
also there aren't replying on the mail even after the mailing them multiple times. & now the website & emails are inactive.

I had ordered 'oneplus 5 first come first serve offer!' for rs. Rs.2, 949 on 04/06/2020. My order no is [protected]. They ware taking time to deliver the products. So i have cancelled the order. My order had cancelled but still money is not reversed. Now their website (https://www.freekamal.co.in) is also not working.
Request you to kindly help me to refund my money.

I purchase refurbished realme 5pro after seeing add. On prabhatkhabbar añd made payment through bet banking of rs. 3049/- confirm order no [protected]and recd mail for dispatched awb no. Ef[protected] in tilldate following with company contacto no invalid it is against the fair trade policy.
So provide the order as per customer purchase añd not with 200 rs mobile china defect peace...

I had purchased realme 5 pro phone on thursday 28/08/2020 by paying online amt through sbi credit card rs. 3049 on www.freekamal.co.in. afterword i suppose to receive details of my order. But i have not received any communications from company except order tracking number through sms named qpfkamal. The order tracking number is [protected].
They advertised in navbharat Times about phone which was published on same date. And reading that advertisement i have been fooled and lost my money. So both the maharashtra times and freekamal cheated me for money. So requesting you kindly take actions against both of them. Thanks.
