I have seen the report on freekamal.co.in in navbharat times websites then i have ordered for refurbished realme 5 pro on dated 16-1-20. I already done online payment of rs.3049/- but i have received a basic phone name viva. My order no. Is [protected]. Herewith i have attached the photocopy of mobile phone which i have received.
I request you to look into this matter & pleae try to refund my money.
