I hosted a contest (Id=1193921) where i wanted a 3d model but nobody is submitting a entry to my contest. Not a single legit entry... The reward is 10k +1k freelancer.com fee + currency conversion fees. Now when i dont have a single entry. Why should pay 10k to nonsense entries? Now when i ask for refund they say "we will upgrade your contest" every single time they say the same thing. They are not giving my money back. 10k is not a small amount.
