Freelancer — I am complaining about irresponsibility of your agents

Hai, i am sai divya, i got a data entry project on 2nd november 2018, from preethy (Preethy. [protected]@gmail.com), and also i got a kyc form from preethy (Preethy. [protected]@gmail.com) on 10 nov 2018 to fill and resend the document. I was completed a work from home data entry project which was assign by preethy freelancer. After that i got a client agreement form form preethy, i had completed the form with rs. 10 bond paper and submitted to preethy aafter that i had got a appoval letter from aditya mail, abd she asked me to pay 386 rupees for cde to create my account and she send me code and i said that code her again preethy asked me to pay 6614 for user name and password, i had ignored for the payment and she was convinced me it was a refundable amount, after i had paid 6614 which was refundable.
