Hello sir, on 4th september 2020 i have got a call from a freelancerform.in agent whose name is "sanju" may be the name is also fake as this company. They register me on their company and finalize an agreement which was digitally signed by me according to them, but i signed on blank space where nothing is written over there and they said this is for confirmation only about registration they didn't say a single word about agreement on that time, and after few min. They give me a work of 700 forms for 7 days, with an id and password and when i ask to her what is guarantee that you will pay me for my work, then she said just wait and do this task we will doing your paper work. And after 1 hr. I got a mail which was labelled by a scam and there was an agreement attached. & when i call her to ask about this label of scam, she said me to contact customer care & when i call to customer care they said few people are complaining because of more no. Of calling they put us on scam tag but don't worry we will pay for your work. So from all this conversation i caught them they are doing fraud with me and i refuse to work, but she said in such a case i have need to pay penalty which was 3999 inr. And she disconnect my call and then after, she didn't pick my call for whole day. So i thought it is just for 7 days so let's finish it and, i finished the task within 6 days and i submitted, after 4 days i got a report where they mention that i was fail to achieve accuracy as my 142 files are wrong. Then i make crosscheck from back serial no. And i got they are considering mistake which was not a mistake i mean, i typed correctly but they forcely considering mistake and this is repeatedly done with many forms, so again i called to customer care no. But, they didn't pick my call and yesterday they sent me a warning message for legal action and today again they sent me a message with an advocate no. And case no. For hearing on surat session court.
Please suggest me what i will do next?? And one more thing they raised their penalty price also with 2000 inr so overall they are demanding 6000 inr from me.
