I have also received same offer from freelanceforms.in that I should complete 700 forms in 7 days and I will get 35/- per form. If the accuracy is less than 90% then I will have to pay 4000/- as a penalty amount and if I don't submit the work within timelines then I will have to pay 6000/-.
I found that the data which was provided to fill in forms was fake as the email id's didn't have proper domains, pin codes were of 4 digits and 5 digits sometimes wherein they all belonged to the same country because the mobile numbers had same initial digits (+001). Hence, I thought to check online reviews and found that the company is fake, everyone is talking about the same thing on the portal. So, I stopped doing the work and called the lady who approached me for this job, I asked for legal person's number but they didn't give me and said that the concerned person will talk to you. Post which I didn't get any email or call and on the final day I received a message and email saying that I have to pay 6000/-. I had called on the number which was mentioned in the email and which was supposed be of a lawyer, after 1 minute of conversation he lost his temper and said that "court mein dekhna jo dekhna hai" and disconnected the call.
I want to know if I can file a case againt this company and if Govt. can do something regarding this.
