Freesoo — xenon smart mobile phone | |||||
I ordered xenon XR smart phone in www.freesoo.in But I received TASHAN TS 451 Mobile. The product was delivered on 08.11.2018 and I furnished a images of the wrong product recieved for a proof. I already mailed two times about this issue to freesoo.in. But still there is no response from the merchant side. There is any necessary step cant taken for the reverse pickup and refund. Payment of RS.3999/- was made though amazon pay. I have invoice, shipment SMS and mail, Deliver SMS, and mail, Screenshots of the product shown in the freesoo.site. Order confirmation screenshots, wrong product images. and also I tried to call many times to Gizmoo Technologies (Merchant) about this issue. But the Phone No. of the merchant is Temporarily unavailable. Now nearly 5 days are gone, still my problem not solved. Merchant send the Tahsan Mobile TS-451 instead of Xenon XR smartphone. In the Tahsan mobile TS-451 MRP printed as 799/- only. But Merchant sell the mobile at 3999/- Rs i.e. Merchant Sell the mobile more than the MRP.
