This is my order id S[protected]. I placed an order at freeup app. The order was placed on 2nd May and shipped on 4th May 2025. Xpressbees lost my original package and didn't deliver it to the customer. When I asked for cancellation and returning me my parcel, they delivered me a different product. I want my original parcel or I want compensation from both xpressbees and freeup app. The tracking is [protected].
