This is thrift app where we can buy and sell our used items. They also provide selling on behalf of the user. So I sent them 10 itmes for selling. Now they have policy that even after 45 days of listing if the itmes are unsold we can get them back by paying the delivery and other cost. Which was Rs.299 in my case.

I made a payment of Rs.299 on[protected] to get back my unsold easy-sell Items. But till[protected] I got no confirmation and from that day I am continuously following up for the same but every time I get the same answer from the support team that they need 24-48 hours to look after the matter. It’s more than 450 hours (19 days) but I haven’t get back my items yet. Neither I am getting any satisfactory response from them.
