I haven't received money into my account from Freo pay. I have already sent the email many times with proof of my bank statement but still the issue is not yet resolved. it's been many days, the company has already added 240 rupees late fees. It seems the company doesn't want to resolve the issue. I am tired of sending emails again and again. Why is it taking so much time to provide NOC as I haven't received money into my account.
Please take this issue seriously as it's very much Harrassing and also My CIBIL score is getting affected.
Kindly find the attachment below and also the bank statement that I have already sent to Freo pay at [protected]@freopay.com.
