I haven't received money into my account from Freo pay. I have already sent the email many times with proof of my bank statement but still the issue is not yet resolved. it's been many days, the company has already added 240 rupees late fees. It seems the company doesn't want to resolve the issue. I am tired of sending emails again and again. Why is it taking so much time to provide NOC as I haven't received money into my account.

I have made payment of Rs 3930 on march 3rd, from citi bank account with reference no [protected] via payzapp, the amount was deducted and not reflected in freopay, so i have made a payment again on the same day with the referece id [protected] paid via payzapp..Later, i have checked with the citi bank and they have reverted to check with the FREOPAY ..i have sent mutiple mails to the freopay team but there was not refund processd still..Its...
